We offer Australia-wide standard shipping, free of charge, via registered post. All orders will be shipped out as soon as full payment has been received (unless otherwise notified).

LUXSUPPLY ensures all items are carefully packaged before being shipped to minimise the chances of items being damaged in transit.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive with Standard Shipping.

Express deliveries will take 1-3 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

1. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for change of mind.

2. Orders can only be returned for the following reasons;
a) The product(s) received by the customer are of incorrect specifications to that purchased, including but not limited to size, colour and brand.
b) The product(s) received by the customer are either damaged, broken or destroyed. Returns are accepted if and only if we deem the harm to be both extensive and of our own doing.

3. Given the fulfilment ofs2(a) and/or s2(b),we will accept free returns within 14 days of purchase.

4. Customers can only exchange their purchase for reasons outlined in s(2). In addition, to ensure all products remain deadstock, exchanges will not be allowed if the authenticity sticker attached on all orders is damaged, torn or missing.

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information and see order history.

Yes, we can wrap your item in our signature box with recycled paper and bubble wrap. We also include a card with your personal message. The option is available during checkout for an additional $10.
